L Shape Weatherstrip

We have 8 years of manufacturing experience. This L-shaped weatherstrip is made from high-elasticity EPDM rubber or soft PVC and is produced as a one-piece extrusion. It features a 90-degree L-shaped right-angle design.

It is mainly used for door and window corners, cabinet joints, and furniture edges. It provides sealing, dust protection, impact absorption, vibration reduction, and edge protection. Once installed, it fits tightly and securely, and is easy to apply.

First, it is specifically designed for corner applications. The 90-degree right-angle structure fits corners precisely, ensuring a clean and stable edge finish.

It has excellent elasticity and maintains a secure fit after installation. The sealing and impact protection performance remain stable over long-term use.

Second, installation is simple. It can be directly clipped on or applied with self-adhesive backing. Once installed, it is not easy to fall off.

It also has strong weather resistance and does not easily crack, deform, or age, ensuring long service life.

We offer a wide range of specifications. Standard edge sizes include 10×10 mm, 12×12 mm, 15×15 mm, and 20×20 mm, with customization available.

Hardness ranges from 40 to 65 Shore A. Available colors include black, white, gray, and brown, with custom colors supported.

Standard roll lengths include 5 m, 10 m, 20 m, and 100 m. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 80°C.

Performance includes waterproofing, dustproofing, noise reduction, and aging resistance.
