T-shaped Sealing Strip

Our company has its own R&D team. This T-shaped sealing strip is made from high-quality EPDM rubber or flexible PVC and is produced using an extrusion process. It features a T-shaped profile designed for secure insertion.

It is mainly used for board gaps, door and window slots, and furniture joints. It provides sealing, gap filling, leak prevention, and structural fixation. Once installed, it fits tightly in place and is not easy to loosen or fall out.

First, it provides a secure fit. The T-shaped profile is designed to fit tightly into grooves, ensuring it stays firmly in place without loosening or dislodging.

It also offers excellent elasticity and flexibility, allowing it to return to its original shape after compression, ensuring long-term sealing performance.

Second, it effectively fills gaps and can be used for edge finishing, decoration, dust blocking, and water resistance. It has strong resistance to weathering and wear and does not easily crack or age. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Installation is simple and convenient.

The specifications are comprehensive. Groove width options include 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm. Hardness ranges from 45 to 65 Shore A.

Available colors include black, white, gray, and brown, with custom colors supported. Standard roll lengths include 10 m, 20 m, 50 m, and 100 m.

The operating temperature range is -30°C to 80°C. It is suitable for sealing applications in doors, windows, furniture, aluminum profiles, and machinery.
