Laser Edgeband

We have our own R&D team. This laser edgeband is specifically designed for laser edge banding machines. It uses high-quality modified acrylic as the top layer, while the bottom layer is a functional hot-melt adhesive layer. It is manufactured through a one-step co-extrusion process.

After edge banding, there is no visible glue line or gap. The finish is precise, smooth, and high-end, making it ideal for premium custom furniture, cabinets, and doors.

First, it has no glue line. Traditional edge banding leaves a visible glue line, while laser edge banding eliminates it completely, resulting in a flat, clean, and seamless appearance with a strong premium feel.

The bonding strength is very high, ensuring a tight and durable seal. It is waterproof and moisture-resistant, and it does not easily lift or peel.

Second, the performance is excellent. The surface is highly scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, anti-yellowing, and has strong anti-aging properties. It also offers good flexibility and is compatible with many types of boards. It runs smoothly and consistently during processing.

It is solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and odor-free, making it suitable for high-end whole-house customization and light luxury furniture applications.

The specifications are clearly defined. Thickness options include 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.0 mm. Width ranges from 18 mm to 40 mm. Standard roll lengths are 100 m or 200 m.

Surface finishes include matte, soft-touch (skin feel), high gloss, wood grain, and solid colors. It is compatible with professional laser edge banding machines and uses laser activation for hot-melt bonding.

The environmental grade is E0. The working temperature range is -20°C to 80°C.
