PET Edge Banding

Our company has a team of about 40 people. This PET edge banding is made from high-transparency polyester material. It is produced with precision, resulting in a very smooth surface and high gloss finish. It is suitable for high-gloss boards, soft-touch panels, and light luxury furniture. After edging, the surface appears flat, bright, and highly refined, significantly enhancing the overall aesthetic.

First, the surface has very high gloss and excellent flatness. It perfectly matches high-gloss cabinet doors and PET panels. It is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, anti-yellowing, and aging-resistant. It does not fade or lose its gloss over time.

Second, it has excellent flexibility. It runs smoothly during the edging process and is not prone to cracking. It is suitable for straight-line edge banding applications. It is also moisture-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. It resists oil, acids, and alkalis, making it ideal for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It is environmentally friendly and odor-free, with strong adhesion that prevents lifting or cracking.

The specifications are complete and flexible. Available thickness options include 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.0 mm. Width options range from 18 mm to 40 mm. Standard roll lengths are 100 m and 200 m.

Surface finishes include high gloss, matte, soft-touch (skin-feel), solid colors, and wood grain patterns. It is designed for use with hot-melt adhesive and is compatible with both automatic and semi-automatic edge banding machines. The working temperature range is -15°C to 80°C.

We support OEM/ODM customization for our PET edge banding products. Customers can use their own branding. Free samples are available upon request.
