Plywood ABS Edging

We have 8 years of experience in edge banding production. This plywood ABS edging is part of our high-end product line. It is made from ABS, a thermoplastic material, and is specially designed for plywood, multilayer boards, and blockboards.

Plywood edges are prone to moisture absorption, splitting, and damage. Our product effectively protects the edges while significantly improving the overall appearance of the furniture.

First, it is more environmentally friendly. It contains no chlorine, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, and complies with E0 and E1 environmental standards. It is safe for indoor furniture and kitchen applications.

After trimming, the rounded edge is smooth with no whitening or color difference. The texture closely matches the board surface, creating a seamless appearance.

Second, it offers higher durability. The surface has strong hardness while maintaining good flexibility. It is scratch-resistant and suitable for daily use. It also withstands temperatures of 90–100°C and performs well in low-temperature environments without cracking.

After application, it does not shrink, deform, or lift. It also has excellent color stability, resisting yellowing and fading for long-term use.

We support customized production based on your samples. Our product range includes both wood grain and solid color series.

Wood grain options include oak, walnut, and maple. Solid colors include white, black, gray, and beige. You can send us your sample, and we will match the color accurately.

Batch color variation is controlled within ΔE ≤ 1.5. Our factory covers 4,000 square meters and has an in-house R&D team, enabling us to support new product development for plywood ABS edging.
