Our factory covers an area of 4,000 square meters. This thick melamine edge banding is a reinforced (thickened) product designed for furniture that requires stronger edge protection and a more three-dimensional edge appearance.
It uses a high-flexibility PVC base material combined with a melamine decorative surface layer, manufactured through a precision pressing process. It is widely used for cabinets, wardrobes, office furniture, and bathroom cabinets.
After edging, the profile appears fuller and more substantial, while effectively resisting impact, bumps, and daily wear.

First, it provides enhanced protection. The increased thickness creates a strong three-dimensional visual effect after edging and significantly improves resistance to impact and abrasion.
It effectively protects board edges and is not easily damaged during long-term use. Despite its thickness, the material maintains good flexibility and is not prone to cracking or breaking. It is suitable for thick boards and special-shaped edges.
Second, it offers excellent color stability. The grain and color are highly consistent, ensuring a strong match with board surfaces and a unified overall appearance.
The bonding strength is high, with excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures. It does not lift, peel, or detach over time. It is also moisture-resistant and aging-resistant, making it suitable for furniture with high durability requirements.

We offer a full range of specifications.
Thickness options include 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4.0 mm. Common widths range from 18 mm to 40 mm. Standard roll lengths are 100 m and 200 m.
Surface finishes include matte and flat textures. Hot melt adhesive is recommended for installation. It is compatible with both automatic and semi-automatic edge banding machines.
The product complies with E0/E1 environmental standards. We provide a 12-month warranty for all thick melamine edge banding products.
Third-party inspections are accepted, and we conduct 100% inspection before packaging to ensure consistent quality.
