White Laminate Edge Banding

Our company has a team of approximately 40 people. This white laminate edge banding is specially designed for laminate and melamine boards. It features a pure, uniform white color and is suitable for various interior decoration and industrial board applications.

It uses a multi-layer composite structure. The base material is high-flexibility PVC or ABS, and the top layer is made of a wear-resistant modified resin for enhanced durability and surface quality.

First, the pure white color is highly consistent, with no color mixing or variation. We offer multiple surface finishes, including matte, glossy, and soft-touch (skin-feel) textures, making it ideal for modern minimalist interior design.

It has excellent thermal stability, with a working temperature range from -30°C to 80°C. It passes hot and cold cycle tests and does not crack, warp, or fade under normal use conditions.

The abrasion resistance reaches ≥T600 cycles, providing strong resistance to daily friction, scratches, and water stains over long-term use.

Second, it is highly environmentally friendly. The product complies with EU E0 standards and national ENF formaldehyde-free standards. It contains zero added formaldehyde, making it safe for indoor decoration and even food-contact furniture applications.

Thickness ranges from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm, and width ranges from 10 mm to 60 mm. Custom specifications can be precisely manufactured according to board thickness requirements.

The product supports multiple installation methods, including hot melt adhesive, laser edge banding, and manual or automatic edge banding machines.

After application, it bonds firmly to the board with a flat, seamless edge. It will not lift, peel, or suffer from adhesive failure.

We maintain sufficient stock and support customized sizes and colors. With a monthly production capacity exceeding 50 million meters, we ensure stable and reliable supply.

Third-party inspections are accepted, and we conduct 100% full inspection before packaging for quality assurance of every batch of white laminate edge banding.
